Goal: Working with Prof. Banarjee, I was commissioned to lead an organizational change project, where we were redesigning an $11 Billion energy company's innovation department. The goal was to create an internal innovation watering hole for the rest of the organization. 

Process: We held four workshops in Germany on the following topics: Design Thinking, Business Thinking, Platform Thinking and Systems Thinking. We facilitated the creation of projects out of each of these lessons. I created a toolkit, which included the designed and a 150 paged written 'how to' and mindsets handbook for the above curriculum. I also worked on a physical space design project for their launch. 

Results: Launching book, two new projects and a new innovation department at the large organization.
